Waivers & Cancellation Policy
KLSafaris, LLC, offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. KLSafaris does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that KLSafaris acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that KLSafaris shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection there with.”
“I assume and understand that there is a risk involved with my travel and my travel activities and/or excursions. I acknowledge that I was informed about my options and given a list of recommended travel insurance companies to inquire.
I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy. I have been advised of all applicable fees imposed by KLSafaris and the suppliers, plus I have been offered the option of purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance to obtain on my own. I understand that discounted fares and packages typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
In order to hold your reservation, a 60% deposit is required.

If cancellation is 60 days or more prior to arrival, 40% is refundable
If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to start of journey, fully non-refundable
